The Applications Support Engineer acts as the first line support on all internal corporate applications and database requirements. They are responsible for the development and/or modification of CRM modules, Business Intelligence Reports, Database Reports, and Portal pages.
Must at least possess a four-year IT-related course with programming subjects and preferably database subjects
Knowledge in basic PC Operations
Basic networking concepts (including configuring, testing and interconnecting)
Basic knowledge in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Experience in software or application implementation is a plus
Programming language preferably PHP, any mobile application development tool is a plus
Knowledgeable in database systems preferably MS SQL Server
Knowledge in CRM and Collaboration Platform (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and SharePoint) an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to report and express ideas both in written and oral form
Adaptable, flexible, and open to constructive criticism
Service-oriented with high regard for customer service
The ServiceNow Consultant is tasked to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow to address the business requirements of enterprises in the Philippines. The successful applicant will undergo special training and will be tasked to develop a specialization in specific ServiceNow applications, and will be expected to handle both product implementations and support.
