We are currently in need of applicants for the following positions:


The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of various I.T. solutions for our enterprise customers. The scope of work includes: Planning and Scope Definition, Activity Planning and Sequencing, Resource Planning, Scheduling, Time/Cost Estimation, Budget Planning and Monitoring, Documentation, Risk Analysis and Risk Management, Project Monitoring and Progress Reporting, Change Management, Conflict Resolution, Project Closure, and Overall Management and Leadership. He/she will be responsible for organizing and mobilizing solution architects, integration specialists, and hardware and software engineers as well as interfacing with vendors and customer contacts throughout the life of the project.

It is the Project Manager’s responsibility to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget and that overall project objectives are met.  

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7 years of work experience, 3 years of which is in Project Management work
  • College graduate of any related course
  • PMP certification an advantage
  • Knowledge of hardware implementation and software deployment desirable
  • Knowledge in SAP software, an advantage
  • Must have successfully managed a project from initiation to closing and must possess good understanding of project management concepts and principles.
  • With working knowledge of Microsoft  Project or an alternative Project Management Tool
  • Experience in managing projects in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Utilities, Telco, and/or BPO industries a plus
  • Experience in managing diverse project teams and with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must possess math and budgeting skills. A good working knowledge of project finance concepts is required.

  • Adept at customer relationship management
  • With management & leadership skills; is able to keep team members motivated, resolve conflicts, and make decisions beneficial to the project, with minimal supervision.

The Account Manager manages the relationship with Nexus Customers. He/she accomplishes this with a sales/marketing program of establishing the needs of the customer; business analysis; contacts with key personnel of the account and maintaining the business relationship with them. He/she is responsible for over-all execution of transactions from booking to final payment of account.


  • Graduate of any 4 or 5-year course
  • At least 3-5 years work experience in IT Sales
  • Experience in handling Government Accounts is an advantage
  • With working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • With excellent communication, presentation, marketing and analytical skills

The CRS is part of the team that provides Office based sales support. He/she will handle all sales calls that come in and address the concerns of customers for proper action or channeling. In many instances, he/she will handle sales transactions for non-targeted or office accounts. He/she will also provide support for a special group of Sales acting as support for their accounts. He/she will also handle some sales administrative functions as required by sales management.


  • Keen interest in various hardware & software solutions for corporate applications.
  • Desire for understanding business processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must
  • Technical Sales experience on computer hardware and software & working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred

Product Specialist

The Product Specialist for the specified products promotes the sales of his/her product line through the Account Managers. He/she accomplishes this with a marketing program that includes product knowledge and awareness; market analysis and identification of target accounts, sectors and industries; and product promotion and pre-sales product support. The Product Specialist may also initiate direct sales initiatives where it warrants and serves company interest.


  • Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
  • At least 3-5 years work experience in IT Sales
  • With working knowledge in Microsoft Office

The Analytics Consultant defines business problems, prepares and explores data, creates analytical models, and presents recommendations to both internal and external clients. He/she will also design & develop data visualizations and dashboards for clients. He/she may also conduct workshops for clients to help them understand the benefits of data analytics.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics
  • Must have strong foundation in statistics and mathematics
  • Must have experience in statistical programming or scientific computing (e.g. Python, R, Matlab)
  • Proficiency with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau) and machine learning algorithms and platforms (e.g. scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Azure ML Studio), an advantage
  • Analytical and with problem solving skills; utilizes data analysis

The Stocks & Inventory Asst. will be responsible in providing day-to-day warehouse duties in support of the daily logistic operations such as receiving, releasing, storing inventory control and checking of supplier’s documents.


  • Graduate of any Business course - Accounting/Administration/Management or its equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Must know how to drive (with Professional driver’s license)
  • Must be willing to work overtime

General Accountant (for Nexus Subsidiary)

The General Accountant assures correctness, as well as consistency with Finance/Accounting standards of work performed by her subordinates. He/she religiously checks reports submitted by his/her staff, which are used in preparing the Company’s financial statements.


  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • At least 5 years related experience in general accounting and bookkeeping
  • Supervisory experience, an advantage
  • Must have analytical skills
  • Must have excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Can explore and probe deeper in the presented situation
  • With good communication skills (oral/written)
  • Must be computer literate
