The Product Specialist for the specified products promotes the sales of his/her product line through the Account Managers. He/she accomplishes this with a marketing program that includes product knowledge and awareness; market analysis and identification of target accounts, sectors and industries; and product promotion and pre-sales product support. The Product Specialist may also initiate direct sales initiatives where it warrants and serves company interest.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course

- At least 3-5 years work experience in IT Sales

- With working knowledge in Microsoft Office

- With excellent communication, presentation, marketing and analytical skills

- Excellent work ethics, hardworking with good interpersonal skills

TECHNICAL PRE-SALES

The Technical Pre-Sales will support the sales team by providing technical business-consulting advice to clients. This role is also responsible for providing pre-sales technical consulting on Dell’s Enterprise technologies and Service capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in IT or Computer Science

- Strong technical skills in advanced system hardware

- Knowledge on client/server platforms, multi-platform networks hardware and software

- Knowledge on telecommunications & WAN hardware

- Experience in PC and network related technical sales environment

CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST

The CRS is part of the team that provides Office based sales support.  He/she will handle all sales calls that come in and address the concerns of customers for proper action or channeling. In many instances, he/she will handle sales transactions for non-targeted or office accounts.  He/she will also provide support for a special group of Sales acting as support for their accounts.  He/she will also handle some sales administrative functions as required by sales management.

Qualifications:

- Keen interest in various hardware & software solutions for corporate applications.

- Desire for understanding business processes

- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must

- Technical Sales experience on computer hardware and software & working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred

- Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, driven, goal-oriented and assertive

APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT 

The Applications Consultant is tasked to design, develop and implement Business Intelligence, Web Applications and Testing tools/solutions to address the business requirements of enterprises in the Philippines. The successful applicant will undergo special training on the latest business intelligence tools, web applications and testing tools on products by well-known companies like IBM, Microsoft and HP on a regular basis. He/she will be tasked to develop a specialization on at least one of the above solutions. He/she will handle product support with development/programming support for Business Intelligence Products, Web Applications and Software Testing tools.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of a computer or electronics-related degree (BS-CS, BS-ECE, BC-CoE, BS-MIS)

- Must be skillful and experienced on delivering applications using Visual Basic or Visual Basic.NET Language

- Knowledge on Visual Basic Application for Excel, Software Testing & Quality Assurance, an advantage

- Must have programming or software development skills

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Able to work with minimal supervision

- Driven, goal-oriented, and must be willing to work extended hours, if and when, necessary

PROJECT COORDINATOR (Networks/Security)

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for successfully implementing various solutions within our enterprise customers. He/she will be responsible for organizing and managing the involvement of solution architects, integration specialists and customization resources. The successful individual must be technically strong and willing to roll up their sleeves, great interfacing with customers, and experienced at developing and managing project plans. The individual will also be heavily involved in pre-sales activities.

Qualifications:

- 3 years work experience, 1-2 years of which in Project Management work, preferably in implementing network and security solutions. Knowledge in McAfee, Tripwire and Cyber-Ark solutions is a PLUS

- Experience in managing client relationships of various industries- Financial, Manufacturing, Utilities, BPO, Telco, etc.

- Experience in managing diverse teams for medium-term projects (2-3 months), and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills

SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Networks/Security) (Project-Based)

The Network/Security Engineers will be exposed to the leading technologies in Security and Networking including packet and session analysis, Intrusion Prevention Systems, and network applications analysis and capacity planning. They will specialize in either Network Management and Support, or Security Systems depending on shown abilities.

Qualifications:

- Must have strong inter-personal and communication skills; capable of writing proposals or papers, acting as vendor liaison, making presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers, and working closely with upper management.

- Must be able to demonstrate ability to solve problems quickly and completely

- Must have a solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts; understands principles of routing, client/server communications, and the design of consistent network-wide layouts.

- Must be experienced with network security (e.g. building firewalls, deploying authentication systems, or applying cryptography to network applications)

- Must have experience with host security (e.g. passwords, uids/gids, file permissions, file system integrity, use of security packages).

- Must have experience on Windows and Linux/Unix Platform

- Willing to be assigned on 24x7 (on-call basis) support services

POS SUPPORT STAFF (Project Based)

The POS Support Staff will be part of our IT support team plan for projects for nationwide deployment.  Interested candidates must be willing to undergo training for his role providing technical support functions for the nationwide implementation of our retail solution. Admitted candidates  shall be part of our IT support team providing both technical and operational support to our customer's nationwide retail. Tasks include equipment setup, end user training to retail staff, implementation & support.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years experience in PC software/hardware troubleshooting

- 2 years experience in Point-Of-Sales equipment support

- 2 years experience in POS support, Microsoft Retail Management System support experience a plus

- Must be able to conduct end-user training for basic POS operation

- Can work with minimum supervision 

- Preferably knows how to drive (with license)

- Must be willing to travel to provincial areas

POS JUNIOR SUPPORT STAFF (Project Based)

LOGISTICS SUPPORT

The Logistics Support will be tasked to document various activities of the Operations Department. He will also be in-charge of on-site inventory for “Direct to Client Deliveries”. He will coordinate, manage, maintain, source out, release, return & issue items as required for various Logistical activities.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Management, Accountancy & other related courses

- With good communication skills (oral/written)

- Must be computer literate

- Able to work with minimal supervision

- Driven, goal-oriented, and must be willing to work extended hours, if and when, necessary

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (1 position available)

The Accounting Asst. processes checks based on the schedule provided by the Asst. Supervisor for Accounts Payable & Disbursements. She is responsible in making sure that the checks are signed by Authorized Signatories and released to suppliers on due date.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy

- 2-year experience in general accounting and bookkeeping is an advantage

- With good communication skills (oral/written)

- Must be computer literate

- Hardworking

HR/ADMIN. ASSISTANT

The HR/Admin. Assistant generally supports in handling all the tasks of the Human Resources & Admin. Department such as timekeeping, policies implementation, recruitment & training, fleet management, renewal & safekeeping of licenses, permits, etc. He/she coordinates regularly with employees and different department heads and arranges employees’ needs with the management & government agencies.

Qualifications:

- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science and other related courses

- Preferably with experience in handling all facets of Human Resources & Admin. tasks
